Do you deliver and collect?
Yes we do. We can also provide covered or uncovered trailing, depending on the vehicle. This cost will be agreed with you in advance.
Can you settle the outstanding finance on my car?
If you are selling your vehicle (or part exchanging it) we settle the outstanding finance on your behalf. Any positive or negative equity can be moved over into your new vehicle or transferred directly to your bank account.
Do you offer warranty?
Most of our vehicles are still be under manufacturer warranty. However we offer a 6 months platinum fully comprehensive warranty for any cars that are not covered by manufactures warranty.

Yes, we can source any make or model from our network of main dealer and reputable suppliers across the UK. Call us today to discuss.
How do I apply for finance?
You can simply click on the FINANCE tab and complete the form or email us at sales@cheshireautogroup.co.uk so we can send you the information we need to submit a finance application. This is a credit check, lenders will use all relevant information to decide whether you are eligible for the loan or credit product.
How do I part exchange my vehicle?
If you are wanting to part exchange your current car, please provide us with your registration, mileage and an up-to-date settlement figure (if on finance). Please disclose any modifications made to the vehicle as well as images so we can provide an accurate non-obligation quote
What is negative equity?
Being in negative equity means the amount you currently owe to the finance company is greater than the current value of your vehicle. If you think you’re currently in negative equity please speak to one of our advisors on how we can help transfer this across into a new deal.
What does ‘SOR’ mean?
Our ‘Sale or Return’ policy means booking your vehicle in to be photographed at our site. We prepare your vehicle to our standards and upload to our website, social media platforms and AutoTrader. Our commission for selling vehicles varies; this will be deducted upon sale. Please speak to an adviser for a quote.
Do you have any hidden charges?
No, our reservation fee allows us take the vehicle off sale for up to 7 days. We don't charge any admin fees for our service however there is an admin fee of £499 if you use a finance broker outside our official panel of lenders.
